1. The program

An A13 Academy training program for male participants covering swimming, cycling, running, openwater and Brick-Cycle &Run. Dates: November 1 – 28, 2026. Daily: 4:45 AM – 7:30 PM. For ages 17 and over at the start of the program.

2. Eligibility & registration

Participants register for themselves. A participant under 18 also needs a parent or legal guardian to give their explicit consent on the registration form. Participants must meet this program’s stated eligibility (for male participants, for ages 17 and over) at its start date. You agree to provide accurate, complete information; registration may be refused or cancelled if information is inaccurate or eligibility is not met.

3. Fees & payment

The fee depends on the entry option you choose — Triathlon: 8 sessions/week: 2000 QAR, Half Triathlon: 4 sessions/week: 1250 QAR, Duathlon: 5 sessions/week: 1250 QAR, Aquathlon: 5 sessions/week: 1500 QAR and Swimming: 3 sessions/week: 1000 QAR. Payment is processed securely by SADAD in Qatari Riyal (QAR). A place is confirmed only once payment is completed.

4. Cancellation & refunds

To request a cancellation or refund, contact the academy at info@athlete13.org. Please contact us as early as possible; refunds are calculated from the date we receive your written request relative to the program start date (November 1, 2026).

• 14 or more days before the start date: full refund, less a 5% administrative fee that covers non-recoverable payment-processing costs.
• 7 to 13 days before the start date: 50% of the fee is refunded.
• Fewer than 7 days before the start date, or on/after the program has begun: no refund, as the place, equipment, and staffing have already been committed.
• Documented medical reasons that prevent participation: a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the program may be granted at the academy’s discretion on presentation of a medical certificate.
• If the academy cancels the program or a session for reasons within its control, you receive a full refund for the affected part with no administrative fee.
• Approved refunds are returned through SADAD to the original payment card, normally within 14 business days.

5. Health, safety & liability

You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and that the medical information provided is accurate. You authorize the academy to seek appropriate medical assistance in an emergency. You accept the liability waiver presented at registration. The academy takes reasonable care for participants’ safety but is not liable for matters outside its reasonable control.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to follow coaches’ and staff instructions and behave respectfully. The academy may suspend or remove a participant where necessary for safety or conduct, in line with its policies.

7. Photography & media

Photography/filming consent is optional and is requested separately at registration. If you decline, you will not be deliberately photographed or filmed for promotional use.

8. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Qatar’s Law No. (13) of 2016 (PDPPL). Please review the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
